Introducing The Handicap App: an on-demand mobility platform that removes access uncertainty for people with disabilities by delivering electric wheelchairs to pinned handicap stalls and providing peer-verified, geo-located accessibility data for businesses and public spaces—plus user photos, reviews, and a community forum. Our MVP focuses on rapid chair delivery, location-based accessibility tagging, and easy sharing to Yelp, with Phase 2 expanding transportation integration and broader listings. Founded by Kelly Golter, we are seeking a $20,000 seed to build a working MVP, run a Southern California pilot, and assemble a team to scale nationwide, partnering with local DME shops, senior centers, and VA facilities to unlock a multi-billion dollar market and dramatically improve daily life for millions of Americans with disabilities.
